Think about it this way, we found Katie Farber's blood all over the bed and it even got on Kobe's clothe and during the police interview with Kobe still claimed that he "slipped right in!"
We know that's a lie! When the police asked Kobe about whether she said let's having sex or who initiated the sexual advances, Kobe couldn't answer the question except by saying that he did ask her whether he could *** on her face, which she said no to. Somewhere in the interview where Kobe describe the events leading up to the "consensual sex," Kobe said that they were talking and hugging and for some reason they just starting kissing and making out and at that point Kobe flipped her over and screwed her in the ****, which he claim he "slipped right in." When the police ask again whether she asked to be flipped over, Kobe said no, but you know it's "what she wants;" this is what the police refer to as Kobe's confession because Kobe admitted that Katie didn't ask for it.
In Katie's details of the event, she confirmed everything up to talking and chatting on the side of the bed, and they hugged. But then that's where the differences start, Kobe suddenly start kissing her in the neck, which she thought was weird, and then Kobe starting kissing up to her face and mouth, and this point Katie was in shock, but she claimed after about a second or 2, she starting saying no and pushing Kobe away and that's when Kobe flipped her over and pulled her panties aside and ****** her in the **** which she was obviously in pain to! She cried "no" many times, but Kobe screwed her anyway.
In Kobe's defense, he claims that when women say "no," they really mean "yes."
Kobe is my hero, rape a chick and get away with it! Yeah! And he confirmed that NO = YES for women! Yeah!
I don't know what kind of message the NBA is sending when they refused to suspend Kobe!

Kobe has to have a body guard? What a wuss! His body guard is only in it for the money. I think Kobes wife should be his body guard to keep an eye on him.
