tan x = 1 is only true in the 1st & 3rd qudrants.
so tan x = 1 for x=45 and 225 or pi/4 and 5pi/4 in radians

a. is a solutoin
b. not a solution
c. not a slution
d. looks like c and is not a solution unless it is a typing error and should have read x=5/4pi + pi(n) then it would work.
