I felt depressed and anxious and resisted doctors and meds for a long time, and now I regret waiting so long. There is no more shame in seeking treatment for depression than seeking treatment for kidney failure.

Ok, girl. I'm not depressed but I know that the last thing you need is to talk to other depressed people. You should try changing your state of mind. It's a powerful thing. If you dwell in negativity then that is exactly where you will be. Try being positive. Think of the good things about you and love yourself. If you portray self worth and self love then other people will see, in you, the same things that you see in yourself. You'll make new friends and I'm sure you'll be just fine.
P.S. You must, first, be a friend to yourself before you can expect others to be a friend to you! Be strong!!!

I evaluate myself a author (a minimum of, I write) and that i'm no longer depressed. yet frustration or perhaps unhappiness is something that comes from writing, because of the fact, as somebody else reported earlier me, you at the instant are not purely feeling your individual united statesand downs, yet your characters besides. i'm a very emotional guy or woman, i will admit, and that i'm getting worked up over stuff that possibly I shouldn't. Does how writing is going for me effect my temper? i think of so. Writing is, for individuals who're enthusiastic approximately it, a form of launch of their innermost self, and while impulsively something happens and that launch gets up on carry, it gets all bottled up. i assume that's why I call author's Block a illness. you're being slowly tormented to dying via the innovations which you will no longer write. Haha, so yeah. Are all writers emotional human beings? i think of so. Are all of them depressed? i pass to ought to disagree with that one, besides the reality that they actual all might nicely be depressed at distinctive situations.
