The moon has a gravity that is 1/6th that of earth.So its gravity cannot hold the atmospheric gas .As a result there is no atmosphere in the moon.So there is no hurricanes.However Moon experiences extreme temperatures due to absence of atmospheres

It would be interesting-one might say "darling lets take a walk in the moons lights." would the ocean tides go really wild would both moons be full at the same time. If the moon influences our mood would we be even more moody. If both moons were out at the same time which one would we gaze at. If one moon is romantic would two moons be more romantic. One moon is enough!

Without atmosphere, there is no weather. Neil Armstrong's foot prints are still embedded in the sand because there is no weather.

The moon has no atmosphere, so it has no weather at all, except for sunny, and maybe meteor showers.
