Well if you can find that perfect snack, then market it.

There is no food that will make you feel secure.
And if you keep eating because you think it might help, well Your hubby might not recognize you when he does get home cause your be 20 lbs heavier.

Try reading or listen to soft music, something that will take your mind off of the fact that you miss him.

Call him at night and talk and let him re-assure you that you are OK.

I know they are only words but its something us girls want to hear.

It's called re-assurance plus it might make him work a bit harder and faster to get home.

What ever you do, don't be a crab when he does get home (ya know being kind of mad that he has to go out of town all the time) .

Make it a happy/nice/loving place and enjoy the heck out of the time you do spend together.

NO Snacks!!

OK, popcorn, low calories and everyone loves popcorn!

Good luck

Carbs are also helpful at times. A serving of whole wheat pasta with a red sauce and some cheese, a single serving of pizza, a bagel with cream cheese, I have found all of these to be helpful when milk just doesn't cut it. Nothing too spicy:)

Don't feel bad about a good snack. My favorite currently? 1-2 ounces of cheese and multi-grain triscuits. Pretty low call, crunchy and creamy, so fulfilling.

Milk is a natural sedative. What about some milk and a slice of toast, a piece of cake, or a couple of cookies. Just make sure that there is no chocolate involved, and that you do not eat so much that it is hard to sleep.

We often cant sleep when our mind and neurons dont feel relax.
all the thing u need 2 do is turn off the pc or any musics and etc...
then close your eyes, think about a sweet memory or god[or something that make u feel relax]

During WW II, in London, during the Blitz, the best recommendation was a cup of warm milk and the Twenty-third Psalm. You might try that.

There isn't just a snack that can put you to bed!!!! If you get stuffed them maybe you can go!! I think you should call your hubby, have phone sex and play with yourself!! After an orgasm, I always feel a little tired!! That may help!! Good luck, it is getting late!!:)
