When I feel annoyed or/and pissing I give out short answers to my friend and family when they ask a question, I snap at them, I will have a frown on my face and curse at anything under my breath. But I have one friend who laughs and teases when I am annoyed and pissed. I don’t take it seriously because she said she loves doing that to me and I know she is joking and she always get hyper too but I want know why does she giggle at me?

Because she knows you so well, and finds you amusing. She's a good friend and she loves you, so she feels comfortable enough with you to be able to laugh at your blacker moods. If you were seriously upset about something I'm sure she would be sympathetic, but when you're just a bit irritated then surely her giggling just helps you to lighten up a bit.

Surely, your list wont be complete without the Hum hain naa Ad from Aai Chi Aai Chi Aaai's bank. Im sure they are ever present to take money from unsuspecting people. The sychophant reporters and anchors that hound the bollywood actors, and cricketers 24/7, and report everything they say and do as breaking news to a nation with a billion people and billion more important things to think about. The hindi business channels obsessed more with selling appartments, cars, and loans than giving any significant business news. They probably take the hindi speaking masses as morons, waiting to be sold stuff to. And yes not to forget the coverage that bollywood and cricket gets on these business channels. Or telling you how to spend your money over the week end, providing offcourse they showed you a way to make it in the first place, rather than lose it. Also there are the so called news Anchors, and experts trying the futile exercise of predicting the way the stock markets will go ( with a straight face) . and then saying that it will go up up and away, and if not it go down. Leaves one more confused than before you started watching the program. Why cant they just stick to delivering news ?(facts not speculation)

Maybe she's trying to snap you out of your mood by letting you know how silly it is to snap at people just because you're in a bad mood. It shows she's your friend, and finds stuff to like about you even when you're being mean.

try anger managemnet techniquesand breathing exercises when you feel your self getting hot underthe collar and then an elastic band on your wrist which you snap before you do and then turn away and get out of the way of whats causing the anger

She laughs because you look and sound so silly getting annoyed about something that has no importance. Use her good humour and laugh at yourself too.
