I don't think it gets any better than LOST! It's just so darn creative and they do such a great job building up dramatic moments. It's an absolutely amazing show. If you haven't seen it, I STRONGLY recommend renting the first season and getting into it. You cannot just jump into the show. You have to view every episode in order.
