the Scratch Patch, there's one just outside the Waterfront, near the Aquarium... :)

I would guess at the Diamond Works, Corner Lower Long & Coen Steytler, Cape Town

I have been to Scratch Patch & Mineral World , but that was many years ago , not sure if they are still in operation. They were in Simons Town i think.
