To say there is nothing outside our universe is presumptuous and arrogant. There most probably is another universe spacially distant from ours.
The problem with an answer is the fundamental process of perception: our ability to perceive the extent of our universe is DIRECTLY related to the harmonics of the universe. Any other universe had its own 'Big Bang', and its fundamental frequencies to not match our universe. This makes any attempt to detect another universe very difficult: if the featues you are trying to observe are from a different Big Bang, the thought is, you could be standing right next to this feature, yet might not be able to detect it.
Sooo, you description of 'outside' our universe may be applied to a universe which overlays ours, or one that is a remarkable spacial distance away. In either case, the attempts to view its features are impared.

Scientific speculation about the ultimate fate of life in the universe merges almost seamlessly into science fiction. Many works describe the end of the universe—occasionally purely educational exercises describing theories of the day, more often exploiting its potential as the ultimate sense of wonder plot device, or satirising the pretensions of humanity in general and cosmologists in particular. At its best (and sometimes at its most bombastic) science fiction can try to suggest a scientific eschatology that searches for meaning in the face of the new knowledge. Countless sci-fi and fantasy works use the threatened destruction of the universe as their plot device, usually with an evil supervillain and/or the incompetence of humanity as the cause, and usually with human ingenuity saving the day.

Once I also asked the same question but no reply was received to satisfy me. So for the time being it is safe to take the universe as endless and infinite. There is no end of the Space. I asked "The Space is a physical quantity, so it must have an end or limit as every physical quantity has its limited dimensions.

Electro-magnetic forces beyond human comprehension.
And other universes, billions to the power of billions.
Look at a glass of soda pop, each bubble is a universe,
think of it like that.
Now you know why I have a editor.

Hi. If the universe contains infinity then every decision made by an individual (thoughtful or not) would change the universe it experiences.

The answer to your question is the same one that the last 10-gazillion people who asked it got...unknown. Totally and absolutely *UNKNOWN.*

I'm not being mean-spirited, but no matter what anyone else around here tries to tell you, there's not one single shred of hard, scientific evidence that there's any 'thing' other than our universe.

do you mean the universe or do you mean "everything that there is" I imagine that surrounding the universe is other universes in other dimensions. but surrounding "everything that there is" would be by deffinition, nothing!

if it all is infinite then you'd know there is nothing outside of it, because there is no outside.

otherwise the outside is non existant anyway because all it is is nothing.

it's fun to think about. thanks
