Firstly, check what visa and other legal documents you need.

You will find Austria cold at first.
It will be winter and it is a winter sport area, so you can be sure there will be snow and freezing weather at least a part of winter.

I have not been in Austria, but I know that there is a small but very loud group of people who are very against foreigners in their country, be aware, but do not let that keep you back.

If you do fall in love with a local, you will have to decide whether to stay with him in Austria, or go to Malaysia together. Which is better will depend on many things, income is very important, but also who can adjust to the other country, how the contacts are with both families and so on.
(I see this with my brother and sister in law, coming from different countries.)
On top of that there might be a different religion, or even when you belief the same, you will have different traditions and expectations.

Try to learn (a little of) the local version of German as soon as you are in Austria, and if you hope to stay there you best keep learning the language as long as you stay there.
