Craig has no credibility or integrity, that is why he must resign. There is no conspiracy here. Craig plead guilty to disorderly conduct, so he obviously believed he did something wrong. Either he is lying to everyone right now or he lied to the court in his guilty plea, in both cases, he is a liar. The story is pretty much dead now.

He's just finally getting some good legal counsel now, and realizes that he didn't do anything like leave a lady to drown after a drunken drive into Chappaquiddick or anything, so why should he resign?
by the way, Senator Kennedy's driver's license had expired on February 22, 1969 (nearly 5 months before the accident) and had not been renewed, which is a misdemeanor. Which is the same as Senator Craig.
So why again should he resign?

I wasn't aware that conservatives were making excuses for Larry Craig. What you are doing is called a red herring. It never happened and you want people to believe that it did. Go troll somewhere else unless you want to answer about Bill Clinton's denials during the Monica affair.

I think he has handled the situation all wrong and probably should resign. If it were your husband and there really was no wrong doing... just a major screw up in the way it was handled do you have him fight or just resign. I personally think he should resign and feel there was probably more to it than he makes out.... but, I don't know all of the facts yet.
I do find it funny how liberal/democrats are jumping all over Craig... who did not have sex in a bathroom, yet Clinton degrades the Oval Office and that's just fine and dandy. Again, you can't have it both ways.... hypocrites!

You can bet your backside that if a Democrat was in a similar stituation Republicans would be riding the story like a drunken paige on Capitol Hill. (Mark Foley and Kenneth Starr - YEE HAW!!)
However, when one of their own (Foley, Craig) are exposed it is all of a sudden "the media", or a "conspiracy", or ALL LIES, LIES, LIES!
Repulicans are all around you...watch your cornhole!
