The Cubs & The Indians were in the World Series? Who would win? Those 2 teams have the longest drought in winning a World Series. I'd be torn because The Cubs are my 2nd favorite team, but I also like The Indians.

I would have to say the Cubbies, normally I am an American League Girl but the Cubbies for some reason, I like them. Plus rarely are the fans abrasive

I would be torn too, because they Cubs are also my 2nd favorite team. I would root for the Indians, but it would be tough to root against he cubbies, as much as I want to see them win a world series.

Since out Tigers are tanking bad I'd have to go for the Cubbies, too, though I have always liked the Indians as well. I guess since my Mom was a huge Cubs fan they would be my ultimate choice. As long as it is not the Yankees or the Mets I'd be happy!

I'm from the Bay Area and i have to admit i'm a bit of a homer. I root for my A's & Giants. But as a Baseball fan also, i'd have to go with the Cubbies. I mean it would be great for Baseball if the Cubs & Indians made it to the big dance. But to take it all....Give me the Cubbies.

January - The Buckeyes get rolled by the Gators for the BCS
April - The Buckeyes get rolled by the Gators for the NCAA
June - The Cavs get rolled by the Spurs for the NBA
October - The Indians will get swept by someone for the WS
I really don't think that Browns or Bengals fans have to worry about getting blown out in the Super Bowl. That won't happen until '08 anyway.

i don't see the cubs making the playoffs at all, i think the Cards are gonna win the NL Central
...but anyways, i think the Indians would win, the Cubbies are way too streaky and have had shaky pitching lately, Soriano can't carry that team through the playoffs

I think the Indians would win...there's stability in that clubhouse which is never there with the Cubs. come playoff time when the going gets tough, the volatile will completely fold and the mentally strong will pull through. SO if they do meet (fat chance if you ask me of either of them making it to the Series), Indians would win
