I have a 14 months old little girl who belongs to my x boyfriend, now I have been with this guy Im with now since my daughter was born and Im preg with his bub. . My little girls dad asked me if I was and it just came out and I said yeh Iam, He turned around to me and said WELL since your having anther one you dont need this one, and once you go in to have this anther one you wont get your daughter back at all.
Im scared because he has kepted her before for 2 weeks and I couldnt get her back because the police wouldnt help or anything we did get her back but took matters in our own hands, Now I know his not joking because his family has the money to fight to keep her!!! can he do this, take her from me just because Im having anther baby?! Im really worried that Ill lose my daughter, no baby could replace her because shes me all over and I love her to death!!! No smart A** answer please!!!

Time to get a lawyer and establish some things if you already have not. Such as physical placement and such. Child support. If you don't have these things in place anything could happen because he is her father. He does have right too. But it is better to get this started now before the other baby is born and you don't have the time energy or maybe money to fight it. Good luck.

Report whathe said to the police, just in case he ever tries to do this. Then go to your attorney and ask him what you can do to prevent him from taking off with your child again. No judge would ever keep you from her if you are a fit mother. Also start recording what he says for proof!!

How can your daughter BELONG to someone else??? Anyway, fight for her, damnit!!! Go to court and get custody! If not full, get joint custody so he won't be able to take her away from you!

Just take him to court. She is your daughter and you have the right to keep your daughter. He can't do much unless you and him have joint custodey. Good luck. Talk to a lawyer.

You have to go to the police and file kidnaping charges.
Then go to family court and get custody.
