Lucky you. Good luck with the move.

A clean sellers Title for a property is key for a successful transaction. Although computer standardization is underway. Title disputes do arise if the property you are buying is a hereditary property. Even after you purchase it some step son can make a claim on it in the legal system and you might get some troubles. Major cities now have good records. I recommend using a reputable Real Estate Company or Lawyer to help with this. Check out Propmart.com. Even if you are buying from Builders/Developers always double check the land records for the exact location (Survey map helps).

This is a good time to buy property in India as the Real Estate Prices are soaring.

40 years gap is too long in 40 years gap there is a lot of change in India infrastructure or you can say that India change a lot or grow as a faster growing real estate market in Asia, so if want to buy property in India you can go ahead for NORTH INDIA, especially Delhi(NCR) Region
