Pretty much any dark leaf greens will work for those that like them. You can use romaine lettuce, collards, kale, mustard, beet tops, etc. - even dandelion greens. You can use some spinach, but I'd go light on using this - it contains oxalic acid, which affects calcium absorption and use. Using a feeding clip for seaweed helps hold the leafy stuff in place so the fish can bite and tear off pieces.

You can also use slices of zucchini and cucumbers, cooked peas and lima beans with the skins removed, cut up green beans, shredded carrots, slices of bell peppers, and small pieces of broccoli and cauliflower florets.

You can also get the elodea/anacharis sold in fish stores as a floating aquatic plant, and they'll eat the leaves.

For the meat-eaters in the group, you can give them pieces of frozen fish and seafood , but avoid land-based animals (chicken, beef, pork, etc.) because these contain types of fats fish can't digest well.

You can also culture mosquito larvae, and feed larger fish smaller earthworms.

I have a mixed cichlid and community tank with many of the same fish as you. They absolutely love frozen peas. We remove the skin and pinch them a little to break up the peas into bite size pieces. Don't pinch them too much or they will disintegrate in the water. The fish go crazy.
