7300GT (AGP or PCIe version) is cheap. It can handle Age of Empires 3 with ease.

Reccomended stats from the game maker:
Pentium 4 2.4GHz or higher, 1 GB of RAM, Geforce FX 5700 or Radeon 9600 or higher video card.
Between those two cards, it would be the 5700 at $32.99 including shipping.

I have a nvidia 7300 GT and works fine on playing World of Warcraft and Half-Life 2. I suggest 7600 or much higher.

I have an nvidia 7600 GT that works well for me. It doesn't run top top settings (med anti-alias instead of high) but it still looks great and is a bargain. Then again, I'll be upgrading next year...

I am particial to ATI products... been useing Radon 9200 se for the last 8 years with no problems. they run around 150 dollars and is a good deal... I run EverQuest 2 with it with no problems
