1) move the -1/5 over by adding 1/5 to both sides:
5x/6 - x -1/5 + 1/5 < 1 + 1/5
5x/6 - x < 6/5
2) combine the x's:
-1/6x < 6/5
3) multiply both sides by -6; since we multiply by a negative, we have to switch the inequality sign (from less than to greater than):
