Woody or Bo.
SHOT IN THE DARK.
dt-----------------the words ALL TIME should mean something to you.
And I'm pretty sure LLoyd is the winningest current coach in the Big Ten.
I CAN'T BELIEVE I FORGOT BOUT JOE-PA! God I suck.

joe paterno is the second most winningest active coach in all of college football. i'm not sure who has the most victories over big ten teams, but paterno's 364 wins in college football should rate him among the top against big ten teams, even though penn state has just been in the big ten for about 15 years. WE ARE PENN STATE!!!

Your question is to vague. Most wins against big ten conference play? Most wins while coaching in the big ten?Woody or Bo would be the top for those two. Most wins by a coach that coached in the big ten would be Joe Pa. Penn State didn't join the big ten until the early 90s, so most of his wins wouldn't have been in big ten conference play or while coaching a big ten team.

That will be Tim Brewster, MN Head Coach, who said, "We will take the Gopher Nation to Pasadena!" Only we can't even beat Bowling Green at home in the season opener!!! What a joke...
But I think the real answer is Joe Paterno, Penn State.

I would have to guess Joe Paterno of Penn State only because he has been around for about a half a century and coached some pretty good teams.

Gotta' be Paul Brown or Woody Hayes. Gotta' be.
Notre Dame for Brown (?) and OSU, certainly, if Hayes.

Not Lloyd Carr...
You need to be more specific... Currently coaching or all-time?
