The Giants are spinning and I don't think they're ready for the season to start. Dallas should light them up and give them inspiration for the rest of the season with a solid thrashing.
I think Pittsburgh is a lock to beat the Cleveland Browns, who can't figure out how to stop the run or pick a starting QB.
And Seattle could easily choke on Tampa if they can't avoid the problems with run stuffing support. Hawk DT Marcus Tubbs just went out for the year and I don't see a quality replacement. Watch out for Cadillac Williams to stick it to the critics Week 1, even if the Bucs can't win it.

Pittsburgh over Cleveland (Cleveland signed washed-up RB Jamal Lewis, who struggled behind one of the best O-lines in the league last year and they have no reliable QB and not much of a D)
Oakland over Detroit (Oakland could be this year's Baltimore; They have an underrated D and a coordinator who is a son of Buddy Ryan, just like the Ravens, and they have an offense that should be much improved; Detroit is a terrible team that has no O-line or defense and continues to waste 1st round picks on overhyped WRs like Charles Rogers and Mike Williams)
Denver over Buffalo (Denver has their best RB since Clinton Portis left in Travis Henry and their best QB since John Elway in Jay Cutler, plus they have their best WR corps ever with Javon Walker, Brandon Marshall, Brandon Stokley, and Rod Smith; on defense, they've added Dre' Bly to complement Champ Bailey and Simeon Rice to strengthen their pass rush;Buffalo traded their starting RB to Baltimore, and has a Kyle Boller clone at QB and only 1 viable receiving threat)
Philadelphia over Green Bay (even if McNabb isn't fully healthy, the Eagles don't have anything to worry about, as their system has turned career backups such as Jeff Garcia, Koy Detmer, and AJ Feeley into servicable QBs, and they don't have to worry about losing Brian Westbrook because rookie RB Tony Hunt out of Penn State is more than capable of being a very good starting RB and was probably one of the steals of the draft; Green Bay has Brett Favre and some talent on defense, but they have no running game and no receivers)
I personally don't think Seattle is a lock to beat Tampa Bay. Seattle is probably one of the most overrated teams in the NFL. Shaun Alexander played poorly before his injury last year and after his return (except for a few fluke games) and is just as overrated as Jamal Lewis used to be (very similar situation too). Seattle may be pretty good on defense and Hasselbeck may be a great QB, but I would be shocked if they made the playoffs and I expect them to finish last (because the rest of their division runs the ball better). People often forget that Tampa Bay is just 1 season removed from winning the division (and they did that with a very young team). Cadillac Williams has been a great RB before, though he was slowed by an incompetent line and a defense that completely collapsed last year, not to mention the lack of a solid QB (though Gradkowski and Rattay were both far better than Simms). I think Tampa Bay will get back into the playoffs in a year or 2 once they fill their gaping holes, but they have the potential to beat Seattle (even though I think it is unlikely).

Another "lock" is Pittsburgh over Cleveland. Even though this is a so called rivalry game, the Steelers have simply dominated Cleveland ever since they came back in '99

Ditto on the Denver...
I also think Detroit (gulp, yes Detroit) is a lock over Oakland.

Dallas over the too high paid, whining. under performing, over rated, flop, fluke, of a waste of money Eli and the Giants! that is a sure bet!
And Clevland over crapsburgh because even God hates the steelers...all steeler fans are blind and crazy....or else they would not root for such a crappy team!
