superman would win because he can't get hurt and batman could still get injured.

Batman has only skills and gadgets while Superman has power so one would think Superman. However one of the things that Batman has is a green Kryptonite ring so if Batman has that with him Batman will win otherwise Superman all the way.

Superman-hands down unless Batman cheats and uses Kryptonite..But even then, if Superman is aware that Batman has the Green K, he could use his heat vision from a safe distance or throw stones at light speed at Batman..That's more than six times around the world in less than 1 second..BTW, Supergirl could do the same thing to Batman-maybe slighltly less fast.

It depends if Superman wanted to fight Batman before Batman could even think about it Superman could throw a rock at Superman at Batman from Mars and likely hit Batman in a few seconds. If Batman wanted to fight Superman before Superman could react or If Superman went up to Batman and said, "I'm going to beat you up Bruce." Batman would pull out the small shard of Krytonite he keeps with him at all time and before Superman could say, "Up, up and away!" He would be too weak to do anything but die a horrible slow and agonizing death.
Batman technically has no super power but he has a highly (almost super powered) trained body and he has trained his mind to look for the smallest clue to be the greatest detective and that is where Batman's true super power lies.

In several comic books and on on Justice League Unlimited, Batman has managed to kick Superman's butt. Batman used kryptonite gas or a pellet a couple of times, but you didn't say it had to be a fair fight. And Batman never fights fair.

Superman is stronger than Batman, so he would win unless Batman uses Kriptonite against Superman. Then, in that case, Batman would win.

A very cool film short called "World's Finest" was made by a fan - it showcases Batman and Superman having a conflict (not really fighting - just quarreling over crimefighter ethics). It's pretty cool, check it out.

Superman, hands down. He has superhuman strength as well as x-ray vision plus he can fly. Batman has no superhuman powers aside from being in incredibly great shape.
