Or you could also check out your local Borders book store, or Barnes & Noble... or, even cheaper :) check your library out -- You can't keep the books for good, but you can have them for a while for free! (As long as you return them before they're due...)
Seriously, there are *tons* of books that can help you out: I'd look for something like "Algebra For Dummies" or something like that -- Don't let the title put you off -- They do a great job in that book series of making thing make sense.
Or, alternately, as some others have suggested, just ask your questions on YA here. Admittedly, you only get a question at a time answered, so a book or two may be your best bet.
Or do both! Answering your questions is what we're all here for, and you can pay for your question by answering 3 others... :)

you appear to need more help in spelling than in math-- the CAPITALIZED words below are mis-spelled from your question above:...please learn spelling before you take on difficult math courses...
looking FOR someone...power ENGINEERING COURSE... THERE is lots (should be A LOT) of algebra...are THERE some books...find a TUTOR.
Good luck to you. You will NEED it.

I use purplemath.com whenever I forget. Just click on the index or search for 'radicals' or whatever you need.
