Most Useful:
The Figure-Four Leglock ... once locked in, the other person is pretty much immobile. Most people will end up tapping/submitting before they remain in it long enough to figure it out.

Work Most Often:
Making someone tap out? Anything that keeps your opponent grounded, such as the Figure-Four Leglock (my first choice), the Sharpshooter (and its related variation, the Texas Cloverleaf), the Boston Crab/Liontamer, and the Sleep Hold (Choke Hold - alot of people will give up easily because they hate not being able to breath).

Easiest To Pull Off:
Arm-Bars, Headlocks, and Sleeper Holds (chokes) are probably the easiest to get on people. Wristlocks are also pretty easy, as well as ankle locks.

The Cobra Clutch, The Sleeper, HeadLock, Sharpshooter, & The Perfect Plex. They all get the job done. The figure 4 is quite painful as well. The Lion Tamer hurts quite a bit too.

It is easiest to full off a Full Nelson (Masterlock) to an unsuspecting victim. It is quite effective too. So are spears. Tackles or take downs are most often done in the show and in real life fights.

To answer all three, the Figure Four. It's not fancy, so it's easy to use, and it's fairly easy to lock in. Once it's on, it hurts like hell. There's multiple variations, and each variation has a different way of escaping it. If you've ever been locked in a Figure Four before, you know what I'm talking about.

Submissions, usually neck submissions.
Irecommend the dragon sleeper or just your basic headlock.
If you ever have the chance, the arms and legs are better

Real life? I think powerbomb HURTS!!! and boston crab...
Spear tackle or GORE as Rhino called it back in WWF is also hard. And if u know how to leg wrench that is a killer move.
