On Apollo 11 Neil Armstrong was the Mission Commander and Lunar Pilot.
If Apollo 13 had made it to the moon then James A. Lovell, Jr. (Commander) and Fred W. Haise, Jr. (Lunar Module Pilot) would have landed on the moon.
