I watch several news programs, I read several newspapers and news magazines, I listen to many different radio programs and I read news on the internet. Then I pick it apart, analyze it and form my own conclusion.

I believe if more people had a wide variety of news sources and made up their own minds instead of just listening to people they already agreed with, we would have a more informed electorate, which is necessary to keep our democratic republic healthy and functioning.

I never accept anything at face value, especially the media's spin on it all. I pick it apart, connect the dots, research, and decide if I conected correctly, and then form my conclusion.

Listen, Analyse, and then form a conclusion.
Although I may believe strongly in my parties values and so forth, there are areas that I tend to disagree with certain folks, outside the government body, and inside the government body, although, I don't have much of an opinion to make on Congress since I can't hear their daily arguments while in session. Other than that, I remain in steady support of their security policies.

I watch and read it, but question it, and try to find other sources on the same subject to see what may have been left out. If I can find an original copy of something being quoted from, I read it for myself. It takes a lot of time, but if I'm really interested in a topic, I do a lot of reading on it to try to get to the truth.

I take nothing in politics at face value. I tend to be somewhat of a cynic where politicians and politics is concerned. I really do not rely on politicians for accuracy in news. Even those in politics whom I respect merit my scrutiny.

I really have a hard time deciding between all that mumbo jumbo of who is really saying what.. I don't believe a word coming from anyones mouth. I don't watch the news at all. Most news places are propaganda one way or another anyways.
