Pacific Standard Time. Standard time is between roughly October and April--at least until they changed the dates Daylight Saving Time begins and ends. PDT is Pacific Daylight Time.
When it is noon Pacific Standard Time, it is 1 p.m. in the Mountain Time Zone, 2 p.m. in the Central Time Zone, and 3 p.m. in the Eastern Time Zone.
