If you only missed your period two weeks ago you may go the first two or three months with no symptoms. I took pregnancy tests for 10 weeks had no signs and kept getting negative results. It was not until I was almost three months pregnant I made a doctors appointment, took a blood test and had a positive result. While in the exam room all the sudden morning sickness set in and lasted the entire pregnancy. There are no norms and a lot boils down to your genetics in how you react to pregnancy.

Yes it is possible to be pregnant without any symptoms. When I was pregnant with my daughter I didn't realize I was pregnant till 3 months along the pregnancy. I had my menstrual cycle till I was 3 months pregnant never had morning sickness back pains etc. With my son I had morning sickness etc etc... every pregnancy is different. You can also skip a menstrual cycle if you are under tons of stress not having the correct eating habits etc...

Yes it is possible. Not every woman has symptoms, and they are not always the same symptoms if they do. Take a test, if it comes up negative go to the doctor to find out why you haven't been getting your period.

The EXACT thing happened to me about a month ago. I was late and I felt fine. But, when I took the pregnancy test i guess my brain figured it out and thats when i started feeling and noticing the symptoms.
Btw... you should test right away. The longer you wait, the riskier certain decisions become

It's very possible. I had no idea I was pregnant and then even when I found out I was pregnant, I never had morning sickness.

One pregnancy symptom is missing your period ..
Other symptoms don't show themselves until a few weeks down the line while some women are lucky enough to not have any.

Totally and completely possible. Only 50% of women feel nauseated in pregnancy, after all.
I would test now.

Sure! If you have had sex, you could be pregnant. Not all women get symptoms right away. Every pregnancy is different. Good luck!
