common sense....

so now you have the idea of prejudicing Islam just because I am a Muslim? You seriously think that is going to make you a more intelligent person or add more intelligence to the debate?

No, I don't strap myself with C4s and kill innocent people. That does not have anything to do with Islam.

It is NOT true that Bush believes that God told him to wage wars!!!

I don't support his wars, but please don't believe all of the religious propaganda you read in the news and see on t.v.!

This is not a war between Christianity and Islam. It's a war about $$$$!!! Plain and simple. We want oil and the terrorists want to spread their version of Islamic propagada (which does not adhere to Islamic laws) and pollute their own population with lies, just what they accuse all Americans of doing. By gaining such radical support they get $$$$, and our unwarranted invasion is an easy way to gain that support. Let's not forget that a lot of the attacks by suicide bombers in Iraq are targeted at Iraqi civilians it doesn't matter if they are suni or shi-ite.

Religion is an easy catalyst to blame all of these problems on, but in reality we just have a lot of people making a lot of bad decisions and I don't think any of them are really in the name of any God, Jehovah or Allah. But that's just my opinion I guess.

So far, that would be between Bush and God. Last time God spoke to me the message was personal and didn't include any reference to a bush, even a burning one.

i come across it very unsettling. The Spirit of Christ, that could be a spirit of nonresesistance, is a spirt of love, GENTLENESS, KINDNESS, persistence, GOODWILL< reliable WORKS, and their correct characteristics. This spirit is unquestionably opposite from the spirit of conflict. The scriptural passages that we've been considering are completely opposite from the spirit of conflict. people who stay in accordance to those passages and who've the Spirit of Christ won't take part in conflict. it is because of the fact the enterprise of conflict is a KILL, MAIM, and injury. There are passages of Scripture that quite relate to the question of conflict. Jesus advised Pilate, " My kingdom isn't of this international: if my kingdom have been of this international, then could my servants combat" (john 18:36). The apostle Paul wrote, "For the weapons of our conflict are no longer carnal" (2 Cor. 10:4). to a minimum of one among His disciples Jesus pronounced, "publish lower back thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword" (Matt 26:fifty two) Nonresistance in time of conflict, or refusal to take part in conflict, has been a suggestion of the church because of the fact the beginning up of the Christian era. Historians are agreed that Christians did no longer function solidiers contained in the early church and that there is not any evidence of professing Christians doing so until apostasy had taken place previous due contained in the 0.33 century. John the Revelator wrote, "He that leadeth into captivity shall bypass into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. right it is the persistence and the religion of the saints" (rev 13:a million) SO for Bush to declare that God "advised him" to salary the conflict, sound like purely yet another lie because of the fact it particularly is obvious that God does not condon conflict.

Well Bush is no prophet - well, probably to select fanatic Republicans...but at any rate The Knights Templar state they were told by god to wage war on the Muslims to protect what is modern day Israel.

And Dave Berkowitz says his neighbor's dog instructed him to commit murder in NYC in the late 70's.

Discuss amongst yourselves...

Bush climbed a mountain in Colorado and spoke with God he was told to come down and go to war.

No. Bush most likely believes that his Raghead business partners told him to wage wars so that the US will draw the terrorist attacks instead of the repressive governments they run.

Oddly enough for Bush, that's pretty close to the truth.

Edit: The poster above me, what's with this Antichrist crap. Someone is not reading the bible. Bush fits NONE of the criteria. For one the world will love him. doh
