So next year, im moving back to a high school i've been to and this guy (who was with me in elementary school) is going to be there too..
i dont like him or anything, but we're kinda friends... except i havent told anyone
BUT he's known as the guy who acts like a girl... and has a horrible reputation
should i hang out with him? cuz if i do, im positive my reputation will be ruined! (and i actually have a good one)
and if i don't he'll be sad and i'll feel extremely bad!
please help? anyone...

you should hang out with him. You won't think about your reputation once you're out of high school. You'll be thinking about the day you made someone feel awful just because you wanted to be popular.

you need to do the right thing and the right thing to do is talk to your friend about this. He probally already knows howmean the people can be but might think that you could be different. I wouldn't want to be the one to hurt anyone for the sake of popularity or something like this. This friend cannot ruin your reputaion if you can hold your on and I think you can. So show everyone that you can and be yourself while doing it. People will like you more in the long run for it.God Bless you.

friends and i mean good friends are hard to find...a reputation can sometimes just be based off of a rumor, but the truth will always come out in the end...who knows maybe you will rub off on him and it will turn out to be good. If it doesnt when high school is over know one cares about that bullshit anyways! So dont worry what others think. stay true to yourself. :)

Be friendly to everyone! Who cares if he acts like one of the girls, I would think that to an advantage! It doesn't mean that you can't hang around with others too.
