By the time I can give an educated answer to the first and second question, all 3 questions will be resolved.
As for the third question, I'm hoping for a very short title reign. If he's still holding the belt after Unforgiven, I'll be mildly annoyed (remove "mildly" from this sentence if the GTS is the move that ends any title defense in Punk's favor in the time between now and Unforgiven).

With Morrison on suspension, maybe Big Daddy V. He's about the highest midcarder on the totem pole
I really wouldn't mind. He has a relatively large moveset compared to most of the WWE's top card

I hope Elijah Burke and/or Big Daddy V(iscera) step up to the plate ... My guess would be Big Daddy V since he is expected to move up to the SmackDown roster soon.

I don't think that Punk will keep the title for long, they might take it away from him quick by having Daddy V squash him, it would get the fans behind Punk more.
