I tried to help him and his kids in december he gets papers Could i call immigration and stop it? Even if i haven't file divorce yet? I know he is back with his wife and i don't want him to get papers and then dump me!!!

you are not married because the guy already has a wife. You better get a lawyer because marrying someone just so they can get papers to stay in the country is against the law and you could be in big trouble, legal trouble, you already got the emotional trouble.

You're sentences are not making sense. He just wants to be a citizen - he will dump you for sure. Sorry but he wants out of Peru and we probably would too. Let the guy get his papers, call it a kind deed and move on.

Since he was still married to someone else, (even if she is in Peru) your marraige was not valid. Also, how long were you married; I think you have to be married at least 3 years before the divorce, or your "husband" would have to go back to the motherland even if your marriage was deemed legal.

This situation is soo common here in the US. Girlsss!!! you have to have your eyes open wide to avoid to be in a situation that other person use you!! Put feet on ground please!! We smart and have to realize when someone is going just to get "papers". I'm not racist with anyone...but i would not like to be in the shoes of someone feeling that just was used to get papers. That's sucks

If you plan on divorcing him by all means call them and tell them that you feel that he was just using you to get a green card and explain the situation to them.

YOU HAVE TO GO WITH HIM TO THE INTERVIEW IN ORDER FOR HIM TO GET THE PAPERS, IF YOU WANT YOU MAY GO AND TELL THE IMMIGRANT THE SITUATION..... TELL HIM YOU WILL BE DIVORCING AND YOU SUSPECT HE MARRIED YOU FOR THE PAPERS......
