no no no.. it has nothing to do with methane...
There are many bald guys out there and when the sun hits the top of their heads.. it radiates back up towards the atmosphere and it's those rays that are acting like a laser and poking holes in the ozone layer.
So... what alot of these guys do is.... Many will go out and buy a toupee, or a weave or even get a transplant... those work pretty good.
A lot of them are the idiots that just do the comb overs...
But little do those ones know... the comb over doesn't really stop the beams of light from bouncing back to the atmosphere . It still gets inbetween the strands of their hair.
And then there's the ones like me that just don't bother to do any of that stuff.. cuz we know the truth...
God covered up the heads he didn't like.
Bald is Beautiful!

No. What you are describing has to do with global warming. The hole in the ozone is due to the manufacture of CFCs (carbon fluoro-chlorides), which are essentially ethane molecules (C2H6) that have fluorine and chlorine atoms in place of the hydrogen atoms. The replacement of CFCs are called HCFCs, which retain some of the hydrogen atoms. Although they are better for the environment, they still damage the ozone layer.

As a matter of fact, as long as it contains methane, like styrofoam boxes, the ozone layer will be affected.
Cheers :)

Cows, termites, humans and any other animal that digests food in a gut, emits methane. So we're all responsible. It's just that we care more than cows do. I don't think they have yet realized the enormity of the problem. Nor have termites, for that matter....

methane is one of the factors causing that hole along with CO2
but its not really from cow farts
but from the giant pits of cow **** that are a biproduct of the massive feed lots where they 'beef up' the cattle that become your burger at mcdonalds and other fast food chains
