If she's deliberately misleading people into thinking she's older, then I wouldn't call her a woman since that particular behavior doesn't recall maturity at all.
Why would any girl want to be a woman at 15 anyway? What's she trying to prove? ._.
It's just a term. She should just enjoy being 15 for now, and not wonder or worry about being a woman. It'd come eventually, like it or not.

That brings back memories of my youth... an old song...
YOUNG GIRL
Gary Puckett & The Union Gap
Young girl, get out of my mind
My love for you is way out of line
Better run, girl,
You're much too young, girl
With all the charms of a woman
You've kept the secret of your youth
You led me to believe
You're old enough
To give me Love
And now it hurts to know the truth, Oh,
Beneath your perfume and make-up
You're just a baby in disguise
And though you know
That it is wrong to be
Alone with me
That come on look is in your eyes, Oh,
So hurry home to your mama
I'm sure she wonders where you are
Get out of here
Before I have the time
To change my mind
'Cause I'm afraid we'll go too far, Oh,
Young girl

No. For as long as U can be and retain the innocence of youth. You'll be 18 soon enough! You'll have all the real world, its joys, grief and sorrows etc to contend with and fathom out! At the moment your a young girl (lady) on the threshold of it all!

anyone can call themselves a woman but when you really mean that you're a woman
is when you can differentiate whats right and wrong , have total responsibility for yourself and others , be independent and stand on ur own feet , know your limits and goals in life
if you have all those qualities , no matter what age you are , as long u're matured enough you're a woman indeed.

If she has more than little mounds,
already started her period,
actually has hair to shave.
I say let her call herself a woman.
But I dont think she should or could lead a man into thinking she was older.

well yah.if you are very mature and act like a grown woman i would say you can call yourself a woman.but as tricking men into thinking your older then you really are you must prove it to them.but i'd say 15 is to young wait until your 18!

No. I know they want to but they should still enjoy being a kid and do kid things. Growing up is not all it's made out to be so enjoy the few years you have left to be a kid.

Depends on how they act.
If she calls herself a woman online while typing in chatspeak, there is no way I could take her seriously at all.
