Both, after 10 years work night I learned to sleep with the sun shining in my face. But I do like to sleep in the dark. Also noises do not wake me up. I often sleep through my alarm.

I have to have some light. Even though I'm a teen, I need to have at least a nightlight on. I do get scared so much, if I hear something and I can't see it, to me it's not good. If I have the smallest light on, then I'm good. But I can't sleep well with pitch black.

Usually pitch black. If there is too much light, i might have some difficulty trying to get myself to sleep.

It doesn't matter how much light there is when I sleep, pitsch black or lights and TV on I can sleep either way, hey I'm unconscious when I am doing it,
Now if you are talking about sleeping with,
Pitch Black is absolutely necessary.
You would agree with me, if you saw what the girls I score look like.
Would it be O.K. with you if I Imagined that I was with you, while I'm doing them?
