I believe Chasers contain vitamin B complex in high concentration, as well as caffiene to give you a "lift". The best way to minimize a hangover, besides not drinking too much:
Eat before drinking.
Taper off drinking before the end of the evening.
Drink lots of fluids. (V-8 really seems to help!).
Chaser may help as well. I've seen them in some convenience stores, but never tried them.

Dunno.. I usually don't get hungover.. but when I do I cherish it.. Because it means I must have had one helluva time the night before!
