In some cases , yes. Some employers even offer counseling and therapy through their companies. If the condition is work related (job stress ,etc) then you can probably go through one of their doctors.
I think depending on your insurance coverage, therapy (counseling ) is included on some policies .

Call them, they are the only ones who can answer that. It not only depends on the company, but also what level of coverage you are paying for.
