Stress is a part of life. You won't get away from it. Be glad, everything that's good about life happens because of stress of one kind or another.
There are two kinds of stress. The first is the kind of deficit or call to action that motivates all good action. It's the stress we feel whenever we have a need. It's called Eustress. If we didn't experience, we would starve, not help ladies across the street, and probably early way early from stupidity.
The other kind of stress, the one you are talking about, is called distress. This is when we worry, fret, and agonize over things we can't change or control. That is useless. You are activating your sympathetic nervous system when there is no real danger. You are increasing cortisol in the body, leading to obesity, acne, and on and on.
If you're worried, get exercise to put the body in action against the cortisol. Relaxation therapy is helpful, in the form of meditation, music, or massage. Those are all ways you can learn to control your endocrine system and the response control of the adrenal system. Something can be done.

It's part of life. In fact, if someone doesn't worry at all for a single moment for his/her whole life no matter what happens, then I'd highly recommend a shrink. ._.

It can't be helped. If you're not worrying about yourself sometimes, you'd be worried about somebody else. Your other half, your parents, your kids (if any), your friends... If you care about them, you will worry every now and then.

There is a difference between low-level anxiety which causes us to mobilize resources, use our noggins and make choices (that's a good thing) and worry. If we have already made choices, asked for needed support, mobilized all our resources and continue to worry, that's not too good. That is considered to be neurotic. I am constantly having to remind myself that worry will not get me what I want: only work, brains and direct action will get me what I want. Right now, I want a soda. good luck.

The definition of worry is the process of thinking about things you can do nothing about, It is always alright not to worry, as it accomplishes absolutely nothing

Just remember that no matter what it is, it'll work out.
Things always do.
Your fear is always bigger than the thing turns out to be in life.
It's gonna happen whether you worry or not, so just chill.
When I was in school I stressed about everything, even a test I knew I'd do really well in.
This song was popular way back then, and I'd run it through my head. For some reason it relaxed me. I used it like a mantra.
Find the MP3 clip, and maybe it'll help. It's rock.
(no, I never ever thought of suicide or hurting myself- it just calmed me)

I'M NOT GONNA LET IT BOTHER ME TONIGHT
Atlanta Rhythm Section

I picked up the paper this morning
And read all the daily blues
The world is one big tragedy
I wonder what I can do

About all the pain and injustice
About all of the sorrow
We're living in a danger zone
The world could end tomorrow

But I'm not gonna let it bother me tonight
I'm not gonna let it bother me tonight
Tomorrow I might go as far as suicide
But I won't let it bother me tonight

Life on the street is a jungle
A struggle to keep up the pace
I just can't beat that old dog eat dog
The rats keep winnin' the rat race

But I'm not gonna let it bother me tonight
I'm not gonna let it bother me tonight
The world is in an uproar and I see no end in sight
But I won't let it bother me tonight

I'm not gonna let it bother me tonight
Tomorrow I might go as far as suicide
But I won't let it bother me tonight

Lord, Lord, Lord
We got nothing but trouble
I've done all I can do today
So bartender pour me a double, right now

But I['m not gonna let it bother me tonight
I'm not gonna let it bother me tonight
The world is in an uproar and I see no end in sight
But I won't let it bother me tonight

I'm not gonna let it bother me tonight
No I'm not gonna let it bother me tonight
Tomorrow I might go as far as suicide
But I will not let it bother me tonight
