Laughter is really the best medicine. And to answer your question, Ali G is pretty hilarious. His show has me laughing every time.

Since this was in television comedy I will have to say every single actor on The Office, both British and American versions. Also, all the people in The Extras. I seriously have never laughed so hard in my life. I almost died.
