Once in a while would be nice. But some people say it all the time and I think it kinda loses its clout then. I hear it all the time when people are walking around in stores with their cell phones glued to their heads.

Sometimes! If it's a close friend it's always nice to say I love you to them if you really do care abotu them and enjoy being friends. I can feel down but if my boyfriend or someone else says "I love you" I feel better because I can tell I mean something to someone.
