I want to buy a house, but i wanna know if I get a real estate license I can buy a house w/o having to pay a broker.

No one ever HAS to use a broker ,
Unless the seller is under contract with that broker and then the commission is factored into the sale price .
If you want a house & the seller has a contract with a broker , it would be illegal to circumvent that .
Otherwise ,
They are just a convenience and recommended for persons not familiar with the local area .
Lots of people do FSBO tho , No Broker !
