i think sincerity is a good quality in a person, but what do you think?

To me a good quality person is one that who can listen and not be judgemental. Someone who is there as an ear for someone to rant and rave to. Never telling them unless they are asked for their opinion. A good quality person needs to be in the foreground always there when needed. Sincerity is about the same thing..always be sincere when answering something. A good quality person has to love themselves before they are good quality to others.
