there was an episode where he locked himself in the truck of car...but before he did that, he gave a tip on how to get out of a vehicle and he showed ths glass shattering tool does anyone know the name of the one he had?? i know there are others but his seemd more like the one i would wantt o have in my car..thanks!!

I didn't see that episode so I don't know which one he used, but I'm sure if you check around, you can find it or at least one just like it. There was an episode of Mythbusters on Discovery Channel that tested a bunch of the emergency tools and they found one that they really liked (although I can't remember that one either, but it looked like a hammer).
Check with Galls, it's a law enforcement catalog company. Their products are very good, although I know the prices are sometimes higher than most stores. You can also check most police supply stores, any stores that sell EMS supplies or supplies for emergency responders. I do recommend though, once you find the one you want, shop around for the best prices before you make a purchase. The tools are very useful.
