I am not a bachelor or a man,but a woman. I know that my husband were a bachelor for a long time before we got married. We had some up and down but we were pretty much happy. I dont know what it is like when a man and a woman live along for along time in their lives. I guess if you were the bachelor for along time that you will have some ajestment to make. it is really up to you to make the change.

I wasn't a dedicated bachelor, as I always "dated" women. I never went more than a month or two without having somebody to enjoy my time with. Some women were good just to have a nice dinner and good conversation with. Others were simply booty calls. When I found the right combination of everything rolled into one hot blonde package, I wasn't about to let her get away. On the other hand, I have a good friend. Same age as me (33) but never married, no kids, and has a different woman every weekend despite having a live in girlfriend. Yeah he has his freedom, but I feel sorry for him. Over 100 women in the last 5 years and I still don't think he knows himself well enough to know what he really really wants. So if you can't get your guy to commit, don't blame yourself. Take that as a warning sign that maybe.....he honestly doesn't know WHAT he wants.

I was a long-term bachelor before getting married and it took a woman who was willing to turn her back on her family and followed her own heart to win mine.
