Is not possible. You need at least three points to determine a circle. Or, if as they say, one of the points is the center.

You can't. (Unless one of the points is known to be the center)
The best you can do is establish a lower bound on the radius as half the distance between the given points (which places the center exactly in the middle between them)

No, you can't. But you can find the straight line where the center is, its the perpendicular to the segment that both points build, in its center
