How do they get all of the tiny air bubbles in it? I was just playing with some and the question popped into my head..

Don't let these people get you down. I don't even know why they are here is they are not curious about things.

They take 2 pieces of plastic and press it with a hot stamp that has the round circles on it. Air is trapped between the 2 sheets as the stamp comes down. The plastic is melted and fused in the shape of circles, with the air trapped inside.
