Who is the annoying guy in those NESN primetime commercials?

The on who inexplicably talks about prime time, hammer time and bunches of other "times". He's really pissing me off and I have no clue who he is.

Those commercials are annoying, but not nearly as annoying as the ones they played last season.

"Did you see the catch Coco made?"
"I really like Loretta in the two hole." (no jokes please)
"Schilling and Beckett in the same rotation? Come on!"
"This team's got hahht."
