Yeah, my great grandma is still alive. She's only in her 80's.
See, she had my grandma at 16... my grandma had my mom around 20... my mom had me at 24... so, she's not too TOO old. And now I am 20 with a daughter - so my daughters great great grandmother is still alive. ;)

I have a picture with 4 generations of the women on my mom's side. My great grandma, my grandma, my mom, and me. I was in diapers still so I don't remember. She had to have passed shortly after that cause I never met her again as far as I know. Your lucky to have had your great so late in life. My mom had me in her 30's so my great's were up there in age already.

Great grandma/grandpa. Great grandpa died when I was 10. Great grandma when I was 24, at the age of 94. Great grandpa came over from Italy first, and brought her over when she was 18. Neither one of them learned much English but they did all right anyway.

I met my great grandma when I was about 7 months old, so I don't remember her. She died when I was about to turn one. I hear she was an awesome lady, though!
My son is lucky enough to still have two great grandmas around. He is four and absolutely adores them both!

NO, they were all dead by the time I was born. But MY grandkids have both of their great-grandmas which is fabulous. One (my mom) is almost 90 and the other (my ex-hubby's) is 83.
