first he was guilty, then he wasn't, then he was resigning now he isn't. sounds like typical republican behavior to me. Say one thing, do the opposite.

This is the funniest twist of things I've ever heard! And the best part is that republicans are saying that it's because he plead guilty to a crime, whereas we all know it was because he plead guilty to doing gay stuff in a bathroom, and Idaho will still have the republican seat when he leaves. But now, maybe purely for my enjoyment, he wants to challenge the belief that if he overturns his guilty plea, he can then stay... which I'm interested in seeing too!

He is a politician, enough said.
But I don't really understand why making signals showing you are interested in a sexual encounter is disorderly conduct. or lewd behavior. Everyone or almost everyone has done in at some point in their life. Is it just because it was for Gay sex or because in was in a bathroom?
