losing my house in three days chase bank told me that they sold my house to themselves and i need to move out in 3 days

retain a real estate lawyer. Chase Bank is Bullying u. they are terrorizing u and lieing to u. texas law requires u to be further in missed payments. u must be given written statements as such .
do suggest u get legal rep. second job, cut expenses. sell anything to get cash.

Um...there's nothing you can do. You signed a contract. The bank owns the house. If you take your time moving out, it's entirely possible that they will show up with a sheriff's deputy, and force you to move your things to the curb. My suggestion: get off the internet and start looking for a place to live!

I find that hard to believe. They should have sent you all types of notifications but I really don't know what they are required to do. I know that once they take it over, you don't have a lot of time to move. You need to call someone that knows the laws and since you're short of cash, I doubt you can afford an attorney. I hope someone comes along here and can give you some help.
