You don't.

There are some operations where you will use the transverse of one.

A transverse is a matrix where the rows become columns and columns become rows.

However, you would be adding a 2 x 3 matrix to the transverse of a 3 x 2 matrix. You are NOT adding the matrices together.

You cannot add them. They need to have identical dimensions to add them.

"Two or more matrices of identical dimensions m and n can be added"

Um, use a graphing calculator. That's what I do.
