It might. The main thing I would worry about is: what killed the rat? If the rat died from rat poison, your dog just ingested a very dangerous poison.
I'd take her to your vet asap and have her checked out.

It all depends, if the rat was poisoned that would be bad, if it happened within the last 10-15 minutes you should try to induce vomiting with hydrogen peroxide, give a couple tablespoons full & see if your dog can vomit it up, call your local emergency vet & see if they have any info of what they would want you to do.If your dog doesn't vomit the 1st time you give the peroxide you can repeat it, just watch your dog closely for any symptoms that the rat may be causing some problems.Hope it turns out ok for you & your dog.

Possibly if the rat itself was poisoned. I would most definitely get her into the vet and have her checked out just to be on the safe side.

Well it is really disgusting but if she has all her rabies shots and things that are up to date then she is fine but if not she needs to be taken to a vet immediately because if the rat had rabies she took could become infected and may endanger the lives of others. Even if she does have her shots i recommend you set up a quick appointment with the vet because although she may have shots she still may get sick so check it out to be safe. Well i wish you the best of luck [!] Best wishes [!]

Probably just make her sick. Take her to the vet, and get it checked.
